The Classic Apartment offered a decent location, making it easy to explore Liverpool. the experience soured quickly. Upon arrival, the apartment was in an unacceptable state—with stained towels and a broken blind in the bathroom. No kettle or toaster available, and we had to cope with no cutlery or crockery to make our stay comfortable. We were forced to book into a hotel later that night, which added unnecessary stress. While the apartment looked appealing in the photos, the reality was disappointing. Communication regarding my refund was poor, leaving me frustrated. The only redeeming aspect was the location, which was okay, but not worth the hassle. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
